Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No — onboarding is included in every plan. This covers the initial review of your books, setup in your chosen platform, and cleanup of any existing issues.
Can I switch plans as my business grows?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference and make the transition completely seamless.
What software do you work with?
We work with a wide range of accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Wave Software, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sage. We are also certified partners with Relay Financial, Gusto, and ADP for banking and payroll. If you're on a different platform, reach out and we'll let you know if we can support it.
