Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No β€” onboarding is included in every plan. This covers initial books review, platform setup and cleanup of existing issues.
Can I switch plans as my business grows?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference and make the transition seamless.
What software do you work with?
We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage. We're also certified partners with Relay Financial, Gusto and ADP.
What if my books are months behind?
We offer catch-up bookkeeping as an add-on. We'll assess the backlog during your free consultation and get everything current before starting monthly service.
